San Diego County joined the dedicated people who
comprise the Spectrum Home Services family in January 2007. The
company is owned and operated by Faggion Development Corporation. The
President, Kathleen A. Harding, opened the pilot office in Carlsbad
where it will initially serve the North County Coastal area.

hand at Spectrum.

integrity, compassion, and the humility required to provide service to
others. The employees of the company have undergone background checks,
are licensed when appropriate, bonded, and insured. They receive
additional training, as needed, to maintain a high standard of work
performance.
